A perfect setting for your wedding day, the Hall has been restored to capture its original elegance, and the gardens are ideal for reception drinks and photographs, and who better to capture the day than multi-award winning photographer David Lawson. David’s unique style and techniques have been honed over the years to make his photography seem effortless. Your Wedding Day Arriving at Macdonald Linden Hall Golf & Country Club you will be greeted by the manager who is ready to guide you through the day. As photographs are taken, reception drinks are served to your guests in the gardens, weather permitting. Moving indoors, the receiving line is in place, enabling you to welcome guests formally, and the wedding breakfast is announced.
When all are seated correctly, guests are called to be upstanding for the bride and groom, and the wedding breakfast is served. After the main course, the cake is cut and then removed to be served with coffee. As the toast wine is served, speeches and toasts are proposed to conclude the wedding breakfast. The wedding party then moves to the bar area, whilst the room can be prepared for the evening reception. The bride and groom lead the dancing as the evening commences and all enjoy the celebrations.
