Frequently Asked Questions
Depending on the appointment you choose it should last 15 minutes to photograph you and have you photos ready. If there is more than one of you then the appointment will take longer.
Yes we can send you a digital copy of your photo or a passport code which is connected with the UK Government Website and is already approved on our end.
We have taken baby pictures at just weeks old alway the way up to people 100 years of age.
Our main studio is on the 2nd floor of our building with double handrails but if you can’t make it upstairs, please let us know and we take the picture downstairs for you.
We have photographed Adults, Teens and Children with every disability and take extra time to make sure your needs are taken care of when you in the studio. Please let us know if you have any questions on how we can best assist you with getting these photos taken.
We normally keep your photo for up to 12 months after the date it was taken. We can’t always guarantee that it will be kept but just ask David or Josh about this on the day of your appointment.
- Printed or Digital Photos are £15 per person
- Printed & Digital Photos are £20 per person
- US Visa Printed or Digital Photos are £20 per person
- US Visa Printed & Digital Photos are £25 per person
- Any for of ID that is a different size to the UK Standard sizes will be the same price as the US Visa

We are on the main road opposite the Sunderland Royal Hospital. There are plenty of bus stops near by, the Metro is just a 10-15 minute walk from us and Station Taxis is a great local company if you need to get a taxi.
There is free 1 hour parking bays to the side of the studio or you can pull up on the path in front of our studio windows.
