Over 40 years ago, David opened the doors to our photography studio with a camera, a passion for people, and a belief that real moments deserve to be remembered. Since then, he’s photographed thousands of weddings, families, milestones, and memories across Sunderland, the North East, and beyond.

But if you’ve ever met him, you’ll know it’s never just about the photo.
It’s about how he makes you feel — relaxed, confident, and seen.

He’s photographed generations of the same families. Been invited into life’s biggest days. And built a reputation not just for beautiful work, but for trust, honesty, and a sense of humour that puts everyone at ease.

Today, he’s still right here — behind the lens, guiding the studio, and now working alongside his son, Josh, to carry the legacy forward.
