Websters Ropery is a unique 18th Century Grade 1 Listed building built in 1793 in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. The building has an exciting blend of heritage and history as it was one the world’s busiesest rope house making ropes for the ship building industry, It has since been tastefully decorated and restored to keep the character of this wonderful building. Still with original open beams, exposed brick and stone work, original brass handrails and open fire. Its a perfect venue for your wedding day.Β
It sits on the banks of the River Wear and is secluded from the city with beautiful trees for endless photo opportunities.
